As winter comes into an end, and we enter into warmer and sunnier days ahead, I'm changing up routines and embracing new adventures along the way. There's a couple of things I've discovered that I simply cannot get enough of, and I'm excited to share with you why it's a constant favorite. 1.) Murals  LA definitely does not have a shortage of beautiful and funky murals. One of my favorite traits about the city of lights is that there's a lot of hidden art scattered all over different neighborhoods. From West Hollywood to downtown to Silverlake, there's a plethora of amazing murals that can be found at every street corner. Definitely many Instagram-worthy shots to take advantage of whether you like flirty, feminine styles or edgy, funky designs.   2.) Lighter and brighter fabrics  Spring is such a festive and flirty season with softer color palettes and lighter fabrics emerging left and right. Pretty prints are all the rage this season as well, a......
Skater Dress  /  Wrap Dress  /  Green Coat  /  Blush Coat  /  Booties  /  Addidas Sneaker  /  Over the Knee Boots  /  Peplum Coat  /  Crescent Hoop Earrings  /  Wallet  /  Heels  /  Blush Peacoat So many great sales this summer, but one of the best deals to get a head start on is definitely the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! The sale is officially open to the public starting this Friday, July 22nd but if you have a Nordstrom debit or credit card then early access began last week on July 14th!  I put together several items on my wish list and surprisingly have been craving a ton of fall gear such as peacoats and over the knee boots, so you'll probably notice it's very fall inspired. I'm loving rich shades like emerald green lately but also soft, blush tones too.  As if my wallet won't be stretched enough, I couldn't help but notice the amazing beauty d......
First off, I have to disclose that this post isn't sponsored by Amazon at all. I've just been obsessed lately with using this platform to purchase everything. In the beginning, I just used it as a resource to find affordable books and technology items like headphones and laptop cases but it turned into an addiction once I discovered more items that I love on the website. It's become such a versatile marketplace to find almost anything you need - from organizational pieces to home decor to fitness gear.  ...
Recently, I just came back from London and Paris with my family and absolutely fell in love with the two cities. In my 10 days there, we walked about 10-12 miles daily (mainly due to being lost in Paris and really wishing I studied French in high school now..) Everywhere I looked it was breathtaking, and I couldn't stop admiring the beauty of the two cities. London and Paris are obviously different and magnificent for a multitude of reasons, but if I had to narrow down to a few reasons why I'm in complete awe, these would be it.  ...
I've always been inspired to start a travel series on my blog, and since I'll be leaving for London and Paris this weekend, timing couldn't be more perfect. When it comes to packing for a trip, I tend to be very guilty of either overpacking or not bringing enough options. Never just the right amount. However, I am very adamant on doing it right this time and after weeks of preparation and excitement, I have narrowed it down to a couple of my essentials below!  In terms of clothing, I believe packing stylish but versatile pieces are important in maximizing your outfit choices and freeing up your suitcase for other things like souvenirs or new clothes from your vacation!  ...
This past Thursday I had the exciting opportunity to attend the Blogger Babes x Blushington event. If you guys have never heard of Blogger Babes , and you currently have a blog or want to start one, then I highly encourage you to join groups like these! It's a wonderful way to meet like-minded individuals who share the same passion of blogging and be part of a community that truly supports and makes even it more exciting. ...
As Hollywood's most glamorous night of the year, you know I absolutely could not miss the red carpet. I'm probably one of the few that tunes in to only see the fashion more so than the awards being presented. Overall, it was pretty entertaining and our viewing party felt more like it was a Super Bowl than an awards show haha (Go Leo!)  ...
The past couple of weeks have been a whirlwind of crazy but fulfilling moments especially with the holidays wrapped up and the new year in full blast. With the long weekend, I reflected a lot on everything that's happened and also some of my favorite looks and experiences captured on Instagram.  From spending the holidays with my family in the beautiful town of Sedona to discovering my holy grail coffee shop and to scoring some major fashion steals - Instagram is without a doubt my favorite way to quickly document life's tiny, but beautiful moments. If you haven't followed me yet, you can check out my Insta page here:  StyleByPear  :)  ...
Every year, I'm always inspired by Pantone's Color of the Year because the shades are not only stunning choices but end up being so complementary in different lifestyle pieces, such as home/office decor, and can definitely reflect your mood and attitude throughout the year when incorporated frequently. ...
At the beginning of every year, it always feels like a fresh start. This is it! It’s a new chapter of possibilities, and this is the year to accomplish something major for yourself – whether it’s personally, professionally or physically. I made a resolution list that can be applied to ANYONE and is absolutely attainable. It may seem too easy or simple, but little changes can truly make a huge difference, and I challenge you to join me this year!  ...
Just want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas! I’m spending today in Sedona with my family hiking and exploring this gorgeous town. It’s so cold here, but hey when do I ever get the chance to wear cute coats and sweaters since I live in sunny LA where winter doesn’t really exist , haha J I’m not sure if I’ll see snow while I’m here but I’m crossing my fingers and hoping for a white Christmas! If you’re from Sedona or have visited before I’d love any recommendations for restaurants, scenic areas, and fun activities. While I am a city girl at heart, I really enjoy checking into a small town for the holidays. There’s something absolutely magical about the ambiance and close-knit community that is so comforting and relaxing during this time of the year. Always nice to take a break from city life sometimes and be swept away into a cozy small town atmosphere. ...
Since holiday season has kicked in, what better way to celebrate the most festive time of the year than by dressing up and enjoying time with family and friends. Personally, I love this month because there's always a ton of fun parties and events to be had! Whether you're attending a low-key get together with friends, a funky thematic sweater party or (my favorite) a little more upscale holiday party, there's always so many choices on what to wear! I put together a guide of all my top picks for each occasion, so I got you fully covered wherever you go or whatever your style may be!  ...
If you're like me and feel overwhelmed by the endless gift options out there, then this guide is perfect for you! Come December, I'm running around frantically to finish my shopping list or am confused at what to get certain people, but this year I am making it my goal to finish it in advance. ...
As the weather transitions into chilly temperatures, so does my closet and home as well. So many great collections have been coming out with fashion, home decor, and beauty that I couldn't help but start making a wish list .  ...
They say to never judge a book by it's cover. While I do believe there's a lot of truth behind that saying, these six books are aesthetically so well designed BUT also have a ton of valuable and inspiring content. I am such a book nerd, and when it comes to fashion I love immersing myself in a good read filled with tons of beautiful photography. ...
October is my favorite month of the year, and not just because it's my birthday month :) but because to me, it symbolizes change (beginning of cold weather, holiday drinks, new decor, etc) and gets me amped for the holiday season.  In this Photo Diary, I captured some moments of this beautiful and somewhat brisk month (we're almost hitting low 70s in LA!). Not much adventure happened, but these are the little things that excited me. ...
I'm sure you've probably seen marble popping around everywhere in various forms. Inspired by the interior world, this print is simply chic with a sophisticated flair that makes this trend an instant hit among fashion lovers everywhere. There's many ways to incorporate marble in your wardrobe, especially if you're still trying it out but don't want to go all out in a head to toe look just yet. ...
Lately, I've been gravitating towards certain things more than others - whether that's diving my nose into a great book that inspires me to re-decorate my whole pad or playing around with fun accessories that add an extra pop to a wardrobe. One of my favorite bloggers debut her second book recently  "Cupcakes and Cashmere at Home"   which not only makes a great coffee book, but has a lot of great info on redecorating your home to suit your style and space. I just re-signed a one year lease for my apartment, so this book definitely inspires me to get my hands dirty and transform my home. ...
The past couple of days was definitely a fun-filled weekend full of amazing sales and free beauty goodies. One of my favorite bag designers, Clare V , had their Sample Sale in Glendale and they had an incredible selection including their signature styles as well. Even though I arrived on time, I still ended up waiting in line for about an hour and fifteen minutes. However, the long wait was definitely worth it, because prices were slashed more than 50%, and I just couldn't resist.  The Clare V Sample Sale had everything from clutches to tote bags to laptop cases. The flat clutches were $85 while the fold-over clutches were $95. At one point, I went a little crazy and gathered about ten bags, but finally was able to narrow it down to these three clutches and a mini wristlet.  After my little shopping spree at Clare V, I headed on over to Generation Beauty in downtown. If you're not familiar with Gen Beauty, it is a beauty conference held annually and foc......
