Burnt Orange Dress

What started out as a fall color only, has transformed into a must have color to wear year round. And yes you guessed it- I'm talking about burnt orange! It's interesting that I started falling in love with this flattering shade of orange about a year ago when it's my alma mater's color (The University of Texas at Austin), and I rarely rocked burnt orange back when I was in college. 

There's something edgy and playful about this color that I think looks amazing on any skin tone. I kept this look simple and kept the burnt orange dress by Nordstrom the star piece by adding a navy bandana to complement the outfit. My go to shoe to make legs look leaner and longer are nude heels or wedges, so you can never go wrong them!
