My favorite part of New Years Eve besides the champagne toasting and reflecting on the past year is definitely the fashion. Every time I think of NYE, I envision tons of sparkle and a super glam look, which is why the moment I saw this dress two months ago I knew it would be perfect for this occasion.
Since my night will be pretty low key, I want to make my outfit more casual by draping an oversized cardigan with the dress. It definitely adds a cozy touch and will keep me warm for the chilly weather ahead. For accessories, I kept it minimal but played with the blush and white color scheme. The silver polka-dotted clutch complements the dress beautifully while the heels adds another layer of sparkle that I was looking for.
Overall, I'm ecstatic for the new year to arrive and can't wait to ring in 2016 with this look. Definitely feels like I'm channeling my inner Daisy Buchanan. What can I say - the 20s do tend to be my decade of inspiration for every dressy affair :)
