Lady in Red

Red is one of my favorite colors to wear year-round. I think there's multiple red shades to choose from and it's very flattering on many skin tones. When I first saw this particular red body-con dress, I was honestly intimidated by it but surprisingly, the fit wasn't that bad, and I fell in love with it. Definitely goes to show to never rule out a certain style just because you don't think "your body type" would work or doubt that you could rock it for other reasons. You'll be pleasantly surprised and be happy that you gave it a shot :)

In terms of styling this dress, I love wearing it with and without the vest. This dress is super versatile and is great for multi-layering during colder temperatures. My favorite part is the length of the dress - midi cuts are quite flattering and lady-like. Definitely a homage to the 50's and feels like I'm channeling my inner Peggy Olson.
