Fragrance Favorites

Christian Dior once said "Perfume is the indispensable complement to the personality of women, the finishing touch on a dress."
I'm a huge sucker for perfumes and how certain scents have the ability to make you feel like a fresh, new person. They can also be very nostalgic and awaken past memories. One of my most commonly used perfumes (Sweet Pea) is an old favorite from my middle school days. I can actually recall the excitement and innocence of my 12 year old self getting ready for my first day of 6th grade in my childhood house back in Houston. I never left for school without spritzing on this body spray (now I use the Eau equivalent to the scent). There are some scents you just never grow out of and want to carry with throughout different stages of your life. Here are my top six favorites below I currently use and rotate throughout the week. Some lifts me away to Laguna Beach (Light Blue) and others make me feel like an unleashed sexy vixen ;) (Bombshell Diamonds) while some make me feel extremely classy as if I'm having Breakfast at Tiffany's (Jo Malone).

1. Victoria's Secret Bombshell Diamonds (Limited Edition)
2. Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue
3. Jo Malone Peony & Blush Suede Cologne
4. Coach Poppy
5. Sweet Pea from Bath & Body Works
6. Chloe

What are some of your favorite scents?

  3. I get really confused when there is more than two scents on my counter. I have one, that I keep dear to my heart and consider mine. Great selection, though :)
