Another trend that is making a huge wave at every store that I walk into are flutter sleeves. Gotta love these flirty details that turn a basic top into anything but simple and boring. The top itself can be a standalone statement piece with its voluminous sleeves that adds the perfect amount of elegance. I couldn't help but pair this blush beauty with this gorgeous Chamorel necklace I snagged at the Luxury Garage Sale pop up shop. Together, these pieces are a match made in heaven and elevate the glamorous yet casual look effortlessly. Do you own any tops with flutter sleeves? If so, I'd love to hear how you style them! ...
At first glance you might be surprised to notice that I'm sporting an edgier look than normal with a punk rocker vibe that you can rarely find in my closet. Added the pointed booties and a pop of mustard cross-body bag to finish off the transformation! ...
One of my favorite understated looks for spring time is styling a sweater and a dress together. I think it's such an easy way to play up a dress you've probably worn multiple times and simply create a different look. It's also gives the outfit a more low key, casual vibe. In this case, I've sported this denim dress in my previous post and absolutely loved the silhouette of it. To add some texture and interest, I chose a cream sweater, which was also perfect for those combination weathers where it fluctuates from super warm to chilly in one day. Yes, as perfect as LA weather appears to be, this city can be guilty of this :) Outfit Details Sweater / Dress - similar / Necklace - similar / Clutc h / Sunnie s / Heels - similar ...
Happy Thursday! We're so close to Friday. I can almost taste it :) You may notice my marble shorts are identical to my top in this previous outfit post . These are indeed part of a matching set that I got from Thailand two years ago, and I absolutely love to mix and style with other pieces. ...
Happy Friday! You may recall this blouse from a previous blog post here when I experimented with mixing prints. I've become such a big fan of the bell sleeve style because of how easily feminine the silhouette appears, and think the flare gives a nice movement to the overall look. ...
